Requirements
- Achieve sales quota and grow business within your territory
- Build strong relationships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, and OR staff
- Convert physicians and accounts through impactful sales calls and financial programs
- Provide technical support and conduct in-service training programs at hospitals and clinics
- Train physicians on Smith+Nephew products through labs and educational programs
- Collaborate with Trauma, Endo, and Recon counterparts to deliver excellent service
- Support and mentor less experienced sales personnel in the territory
- Manage field inventory and sales samples
- Develop and execute a business plan under the guidance of leadership
