Associate, Marketing & Communication Services

Smithbucklin, a 650-person, employee-owned professional services company, is looking for a Marketing & Communications Associate to join their Marketing unit in Chicago or Washington, D.C. The role involves drafting and managing client content, developing marketing collateral, and managing production schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience
• Passion for marketing and communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Agency and/or association management experience
• Working knowledge of the general marketing process
• Solid understanding of social media
• Proficiency with popular IT applications
• Basic understanding of HTML
