Smithbucklin, a 650-person, employee-owned professional services company, is seeking a Director of Membership & Operations to join their team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in association management, membership, operations, or related functions, with a proven ability to improve operational systems, enhance member value, and manage complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in association management, membership, operations, or related functions
- Strong project and process management discipline
- Proven ability to improve operational systems, enhance member value, and manage complex initiatives
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), campaign execution, data management and performance reporting
- Budgeting, financial analysis, and organizational performance management
