Job Description
Smithfield Foods is seeking an Associate Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasts and shape the future of their supply chain. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain SKU level forecast models, lead monthly consensus meetings, and contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical aptitude
- Experience with tools such as Logility, SAP, and BI platforms
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
