Corperate Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Generalist. This role will provide human resource business partnership to a business unit or corporate functional area, including employment and personnel documentation, job evaluation, compensation, and benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• 2+ years related experience and/or training
• Working knowledge of employment law practices
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition and/or compensation preferred
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Ability to handle high volume of work
• Ability to work well with various levels of leadership across the organization
• Ability to collaborate and to bring expertise from other HR areas
• Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to build strong working relationships across the organization and contribute to a positive work environment
