Job Description
Smithfield Foods is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will manage Human Resources policies and programs, lead recruitment and retention efforts, and provide counsel to management and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years' relevant experience in Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience in team management/development or project leadership
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Knowledge of Human Resource systems and software
