Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Willing and able to perform Lock Out Tag Out on the tiromat machine
• Able to lift up to 130 lbs
• Ability to stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift
• Willingness to work in cold and warm areas, with animal blood and/or carcass parts, and strong smells/odors
• Ability to work with hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
