Job Description
Smithfield Foods is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the plant Human Resources department. The role involves ensuring HR policies are effectively implemented, facilitating training sessions, and performing various HR-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Organized, flexible and multi-task oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization and manage-up effectively
- Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements
- Ability to deal with and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be respectful, approachable and team oriented
