Plant Maintenance Superintendent - 1st Shift

The Plant Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Supervisors to drive the success of building and equipment maintenance efforts. This role involves developing and implementing cutting-edge maintenance systems, minimizing mechanical downtime, and ensuring product flow remains uninterrupted. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 3+ years' relevant experience
• Advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and well-versed in SAP
