Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for running reports and queries
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a respectful and team-oriented demeanor
