Job Description
As a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, you will support sourcing efforts across various categories of goods and services, assist with RFx processes, analyze data, evaluate bids, and generate spend reports to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights clearly and effectively
- Proven analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to resolve complex sourcing challenges
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented with a commitment to fostering strong working relationships and a positive work culture
- Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time
