Pharmacy Network Provider Relations Manager

We are looking for a Pharmacy Network Provider Relations Manager to support the Pharmacy Network Team in day-to-day tasks, manage relationships between pharmacies and network providers, onboard new pharmacies, and provide support to existing pharmacies. The role requires close collaboration with valued pharmacy partners and internal cross-functional teams within the SmithRx organization.

Requirements

• Identifying and recruiting pharmacies to join the network
• Onboarding new pharmacies to Smith network
• Supporting contract management with pharmacy providers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy providers
• Resolving issues or conflicts between the organization and pharmacy providers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives aimed at improving network efficiency, quality, and provider satisfaction
• Creating documentation for standard operating procedures within the Pharmacy Network
• Recommending methods to improve processes used by the department
• Escalating pharmacy concerns internally and to help solve complex issues
• Assisting with building out a Knowledge Base and contributing to ongoing process improvement efforts
