Senior Product Manager - Adjudication

SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform. The Senior Product Manager - Adjudication will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the claims adjudication engine, leading cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for pharmacies, clients, and members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or a related technical domain
• Deep technical knowledge of NCPDP Telecommunication Standards (specifically Version D.0)
• Expertise in complex benefit strings, including real-time pricing logic, Coordination of Benefits (COB), and eligibility verification
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations
