Senior Strategic Finance Manager

SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to lead financial analysis and decision support for future growth and profitability initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles with operational experience at a fast-paced, scaling company.
• Experience with subscription business models, including an understanding of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch in a high growth, operationally complex environment.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives for executives, and comfort presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
