As an Interior Designer II, you'll contribute to the planning, design, and documentation of interior environments across a wide range of project types, working alongside architects, engineers, senior interior designers, and clients to create spaces that are functional, well-coordinated, and thoughtfully detailed.
Requirements
- Contribute to interior design development across all project phases
- Develop space plans, finish palettes, and FF&E concepts under the guidance of senior designers
- Participate in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentation materials in alignment with firm standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to maintain design intent
- Conduct site visits for field verification, existing conditions documentation, and punch lists
- Review shop drawings and submittals in support of construction administration
- Ensure design solutions comply with applicable codes, ADA requirements, and firm standards
- Support client meetings and assist with presenting design solutions
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Mentor and support junior designers as appropriate
- Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in interior design
