Job Description
SMRT is seeking a passionate and capable Senior Licensed Architect to lead transformative projects. This role focuses on blending technical precision with creative vision, influencing the built environment through conceptualization to construction, and ensuring compliance. The Architect will lead teams, coordinate projects, and mentor junior staff in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong command of construction drawings and document production workflows
- Confidence leading project meetings with design teams, clients, and consultants
- Proficiency in Revit
- Commitment to maintaining continuing education credits for licensure
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent undergraduate degree plus a Master of Architecture
