Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager role will help bring new security innovations to life by thoughtfully activating product strategy across packaging, messaging, and launch experiences. The role will serve as a connective partner across teams, ensuring that product intent is translated into clear, meaningful, and customer-centered materials that reflect the strength and trust associated with Master Lock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, packaging coordination, or related roles.
• Experience working closely with creative and design teams on packaging or marketing materials.
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple timelines and collaborating across teams.
• Comfort working with external creative agencies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust across cross-functional partners.
