Requirements

• Technical background (engineering, energy, mechanical engineering)
• Commercial experience in the Public Administration sector (preferably in the energy, mechanical engineering, and services sectors)
• Knowledge of the main public procurement tools (Appalti Code, MEPA, tenders)
• Negotiation and complex transaction management skills
• Availability for travel to the assigned territory
