Lead Business Intelligence Engineer

Snap Finance is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer Lead to drive the next evolution of our analytics ecosystem by empowering teams through exceptional data visualization, robust data modeling, and smart BI platform optimization.

Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-impact BI dashboards and data visualizations
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Architect and maintain scalable data models
• Write and optimize advanced SQL for analysis and automation pipelines
• Oversee and continuously improve our Tableau ecosystem
• Use Python to automate workflows and build repeatable analytical frameworks
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and visualizations
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams
• Mentor analysts and BI developers
• Ensure a culture of data trust, scalability, and continual improvement
