Job Description
SNAP Inc. is a professional services company that empowers Government and private industry clients to address tomorrow's challenges. We are looking for a Contracts Manager with a diverse background in professional services contracts administration and compliance to join our team.
Requirements
- Review all contract/task order documents and ensure requirements are tracked for compliance.
- Review terms and conditions of customer contracts and negotiate exceptions to ensure compliance with standard terms and conditions of company.
- Monitor purchase orders as required to provide status updates.
- Provide guidance and direction to company personnel on contractual matters as needed.
- Execute teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements in accordance with company policy.
