Snap Inc is a technology company seeking a Head of Measurement Partnerships to join Team Snapchat. The Ad Partnerships Group negotiates and integrates ad product partnerships that drive growth to Snap's Advertising business. The Head of Measurement Partnerships will lead a high-performing team and own the strategy across critical sectors including MTA, MMPs, Brand Lift, Signal Resilience, and Data Clean Rooms.
Requirements
- Expert command of measurement methodologies, including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Conversion Lift, Incrementality testing, and Geo-match experiments.
- Deep technical understanding of ad tech architectures, including APIs, SDKs, pixel implementation, and cloud-based data collaboration environments (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms, Snowflake, GCP).
- Strategic communication skills to translate complex statistical concepts into clear commercial narratives.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex corporate agreements and data licensing deals at an executive level.
- Cross-functional agility and ability to build quick rapport and credibility with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
