Requirements
- Lead a project team of electrical engineers developing next-generation AR products and experiences
- People manage a team of 5-7 engineers in varying stages of their careers
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Product, Test, FW and Program Management
- Develop and model best practices for the team in product development, engineering process and documentation
- Travel up to 15%
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with Rigid, Flex and Rigid Flex PCB design
- Experience in electronic design, including component selection, schematic design
- Knowledge of lab instrumentation, PDN/SI simulation tools
- Ability to run a technical program
- Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 11+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on engineering management experience
- Ability to travel including domestic and international
