The ideal candidate will have strong electrical engineering fundamentals, experience in electronic design, and excellent management skills. Requirements

• Lead a project team of electrical engineers developing next-generation AR products and experiences
• People manage a team of 5-7 engineers in varying stages of their careers
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Product, Test, FW and Program Management
• Develop and model best practices for the team in product development, engineering process and documentation
• Travel up to 15%
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with Rigid, Flex and Rigid Flex PCB design
• Experience in electronic design, including component selection, schematic design
• Knowledge of lab instrumentation, PDN/SI simulation tools
• Ability to run a technical program
• Minimum Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, or equivalent years of experience
• 11+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on engineering management experience
• Ability to travel including domestic and international
