Job Description
As a Junior Account Manager, you will independently manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers, focus on proactive and customer-focused handling of contract renewals, and develop long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing a broad customer base, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting customers in implementing solutions.
Requirements
- Initial experience in B2B sales, customer success, account management, customer service, or a similar role
- Interest in SaaS products, digital sales processes, and CRM systems
- Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and their implementation
- Fluency in both spoken and written German and English
