Job Description
The Senior Database Administrator is responsible for ensuring the secure, efficient, and reliable management of databases, enabling organizations to effectively store, access, and utilize their data assets while maintaining data integrity and meeting the needs of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL Server administration and performance tuning
- Experience with HA/DR, replication, and backup/recovery strategies
- Experience with ETL, data migration, and database security best practices
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell and Python) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent certifications
- 6+ years relevant experience as a DBA or data engineer
