SnappyCX is seeking experienced Patient Coordinators to join its clients’ care team in a fully-remote, full-time position, requiring bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. The coordinator serves as a liaison between patients, families, HHAs, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of high-quality care.
