Lead Software Engineer

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the technical direction and excellence of our industry-leading claims engine. Contribute to architecture discussions, perform thorough code reviews, and deliver high-quality, production-ready code. Mentor others while building purposeful technology that delivers real-world results.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with relational databases
• Exposure to front-end technologies and ability to contribute across the stack
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly
