Requirements

• Prepare monthly management accounts and maintain highly accurate financial records within Xero.
• Drive the improvement and formalisation of internal accounting processes and reporting structures.
• Provide dedicated financial support to the property development and investment division.
• Ensure full IFRS compliance across all accounting outputs and reporting.
• Manage VAT reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
• Support statutory reporting requirements and assist seamlessly with external audit processes.
• Take ownership of core accounting tasks, operating independently to deliver results without constant supervision.
