The Assistant Quantity Surveyor role involves delivering comprehensive quantity surveying and cost management services across all phases of construction projects, with a particular focus on data centres and industrial developments.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience as consultant or client representative.
- Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages.
- Experience in Data Center projects and/or industrial projects.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
