Responsible for preparing complex and strategic proposals on behalf of the Nuclear Canada Business Unit. Leads and manages multidisciplinary bid teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience, with 8+ years of dedicated proposal management experience.
- Professional certifications preferred, including APMP membership/certification and PMP.
- Masterâs degree in business, management, or engineering disciplines is an asset.
- Strong understanding of engineering consultancy pricing models, including risk, margin, and cashflow considerations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent written English and proposal composition skills.
- Highly organized, self-directed professional capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with nuclear projects and engineering/technical terminology is an asset.
