BIM Coordinator

The M&E group provides mechanical and electrical design for all types of buildings. We are seeking a motivated and skilled BIM Coordinator with 5 to 10 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• College degree in Building Mechanics or Building electricity or equivalent technical diploma
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BIM for mechanical/electrical systems
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Proficiency with Revizto is considered an asset
• Proficiency with standard ISO19650 is considered an asset
• Solid technical knowledge in component sizing, equipment selection, and project workflows
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); French proficiency is considered an asset
