BIM Coordinator

Join AtkinsRéalis in reshaping the future with engineering expertise. As a BIM Coordinator, you will coordinate the integration of discipline-specific BIM models, develop and maintain internal workflows, and ensure alignment with project standards and established workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer science, or a related field
• Professional designation or BIM certification considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with technical construction drawings and/or documents, including experience as a BIM Specialist or BIM Coordinator
• Strong proficiency with BIM authoring tools, preferably Autodesk Revit, with experience managing federated models and performing clash detection
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-grade document and construction management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and SharePoint
• Experience with CAD and GIS technologies including Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and ESRI ArcGIS
• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650), LOD frameworks, BEP implementation, and collaborative project delivery processes
• Ability to organize, classify, document, and maintain coordination files and technical records
• Familiarity with standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Scripting experience (Dynamo, Python) considered an asset
