Building Surveyor

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join their London & South East team, providing a range of building surveying duties, including condition surveys, measured surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical due diligence.

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited degree) or equivalent
• Actively working towards professional membership, namely MRICS or equivalent
• A developing foundation of building surveying knowledge, preferably with experience gained through placements, internships or post‐graduate roles
• Awareness of design and construction processes, building pathology, statutory compliance and project delivery
• Experience delivering pre‐ and post‐contract project management activities
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements, including CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Revit or digital surveying tools is advantageous
