Business Development Lead, Data Centers

We are seeking a Business Development Lead, Data Center Division to join our US P&PS Team. This position will be responsible for accelerating growth across all of our US growth regions through the application of new approaches, strategies, technology and solutions to both existing business and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, science, construction or engineering or related field or 20+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• 15+ years of business development in the Construction industry
• Broad knowledge of clients and infrastructure markets in the region
• Knowledge of and relationships with local governments and private sector entities and the consulting community in the market
• Initiative-taker requiring limited oversight
• Analytical thinker but focused on tactical execution
• Effective team building and collaboration skills with ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge and experience in the pursuit of alternative delivery opportunities including design-build; CMAR; and P3s
• Existing relationships with other consulting firms and contractors to facilitate teaming
• Affiliations with professional societies and active industry and community involvement
