Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law, Project Management, or related field.
- Solid understanding of complex contractual models (PPP, design-construction, design-construction-operation, performance contracts, etc.).
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in commercial management in major infrastructure projects, ideally in public transportation or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of financial modeling tools and project management software.
- Result-oriented approach, with a developed sense of commercial issues and competitiveness.
