Job Description
AtkinsRĂ©alis is hiring a Construction Manager to join their team in Ontario. The role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be based on a major Power Transmission project and will manage the owner's oversight activities, work with the contractor's construction management team, and provide subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large power transmission projects or equivalent infrastructure programs
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs
- Strong technical capability in all project phases
- Familiarity of working in collaborative project environments
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
