AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Construction Manager to join their team in Toronto. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing construction activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing project delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs
• Strong technical capability in all project phases
• Familiarity of working in collaborative project environments and progressive contracting models
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset
