Job Description
Quality Coordinator to implement and maintain certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, develop processes, conduct quality training, and support quality audits.
Requirements
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 certification of the quality system.
- Develop processes, procedures, instructions, and forms to support the QMS.
- Conduct quality training for employees.
- Support the internal and external quality audit program, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Develop and present data during regular management review meetings with senior management.
- Support the development and implementation of a corrective action program and, if necessary, corrective measures regarding nonconformities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the implementation of ongoing improvement programs.
- Ensure that relevant records are kept and maintained in accordance with the QMS.
- Support quality management for engineering services.
- Report to the quality manager the status of the QMS.
