Design/Engineering Manager

The AtkinsRéalis Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice is seeking an Engineering / Design Manager to join their North, Scotland, and Northern Ireland practice. The role involves managing design services across various markets, including Water Infrastructure, Defence Infrastructure, Nuclear, Aviation, Energy, Rail, and Urban Developments.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer or Architect or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience managing design, build, and/or operate commissions on multi-discipline projects
• Good knowledge of system integration concepts, principles, and theories
• Experience with NEC3 or 4 construction contracts
• Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling tools
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
