AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned hydroelectricity leader to fill the position of Senior Hydroelectricity Director, focusing on strategic leadership, customer development, and national influence in the hydroelectricity and hydraulic energy markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada, or eligibility to obtain it
• 25+ years of experience in hydroelectricity, including extensive experience in client relationships, strategic initiative leadership, and portfolio development
• Experience in leadership and business development
• Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining high-level client relationships
• Proven ability to develop hydroelectric portfolios, win strategic mandates, and position services competitively
• Experience in leading teams and/or multidisciplinary projects of significant scope
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of procurement approaches, contractual models, and business case development
