Engineering Manager

We are looking to recruit a Design Engineering Manager to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA) Enhancements team, helping secure and deliver £ multi-Million rail infrastructure projects and programmes of works across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Ensuring design is defined and delivered in accordance with appropriate guidance, standards, and client requirements.
• Proposing and agreeing Design CRE appointments.
• Being the single point of contact for all strategic technical matters for region.
• Identifying, managing, and reporting on key technical risks.
• Support the win work process in technical bid management and securing future opportunities and growth.
• Ensuring Safety is maintained and promoted along with promoting the highest standards of safety at site.
• Overseeing a range of projects, managing multiple demands and stakeholders at a given time.
