Environmental Project Manager

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our team in Toronto or Ottawa. The position is primarily focused on major transportation projects across Ontario, with opportunities to support work across Canada and internationally as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree from a program with relevant subject matter.
• Eligibility to be licensed as a P.Eng or P.Geo in the province of Ontario is considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of environmental consulting experience with 2 years of progressive experience encompassing project planning, coordinating and project management, with emphasis in the areas of contaminated site assessment and remediation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, including working with colleagues in different geographic regions.
• Self-motivated, high energy, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Capable of understanding and appropriately applying prescribed safety and technical protocols.
