Estimating Manager/ Associate Director - Estimating & Cost Advisory

Join our Project & Programme Services (PPS) team as an Estimating Manager/Associate Director and take on exciting and prestigious projects. As a leader in our Estimating & Cost Advisory practice, you'll support multi-disciplinary and specialist project teams on niche and high-profile schemes across various sectors and key clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction sectors or Equivalent Work Experience
• Desirable professional memberships or working towards Chartership, RICS, ICE, AACE, ACostE or similar
• Strong understanding of typical approaches to applying contingency and risk allowances
• Wider understanding of commercial and contractual requirements and the crossover to the impact on estimating or forecasting costs
• Deep knowledge of indirect costs, cost breakdown structures and techniques to analyse and assess project deliverability
• Stakeholder engagement skills including being able to work seamlessly with designers, engineers, project managers and clients
• Clear understanding of the role of consultancy organisations on projects, including the ability to be adaptable to work across multiple sectors and disciplines and have the drive to want to learn new skills
