Estimator / Senior Estimator

We're looking for an Associate Director / Estimating Manager to lead estimating service delivery and support our growing business in the Complex Infrastructure team. As a leader in our practice team, you'll share our vision to be the industry's foremost capability in Estimating & Cost Advisory and deliver high impact estimating services to key clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction sectors or Equivalent Work Experience
• Chartership with or demonstrably working towards RICS, ICE, AACE, ACostE or similar
• Strong understanding of typical approaches to applying contingency and risk allowances
• Wider understanding of commercial and contractual requirements and the crossover to the impact on estimating or forecasting costs
• Deep knowledge of indirect costs, cost breakdown structures and techniques to analyse and assess project deliverability
