Job Description
Develop/Lead HVAC designs for railway depots, station buildings, and maintenance facilities in compliance with UK rail standards. Perform/Checks heat load calculations, ventilation strategies, and energy efficiency assessments aligned with international best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in HVAC design, preferably within rail or large infrastructure projects.
- Proven knowledge of UK standards (BS, Network Rail & LU standards) and familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE, Middle East standards).
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and BIM tools (Revit MEP or equivalent).
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
