Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and contribute to high-profile, client-centric proposal efforts, driving market growth and overseeing proposal activities to develop RFP-compliant, competitive, and quality marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or similar
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, project management, proposals, for the AEC industry
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Advanced writing skills and ability to transform complex technical information into client-centric narratives
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (including document management on SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project)
- Collaborative mindset, strong listening skills, and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
