Senior Civil / Structural Engineer (Substations)

We are looking for a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to join our Powergrids team. The role involves supervising, developing, and mentoring others, managing technical aspects of civil / structural engineering projects, and working on a variety of tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree (MEng/MSc) qualified Civil or Structural Engineer
• Chartered Engineer and a Member of ICE or IStructE is desirable
• Strong technical background, with experience of steel and reinforced concrete design using relevant UK and international codes/standards
• Experience of working in the electricity supply industry, preferably HV substations, is desirable but not mandatory
