Senior Ecologist / Principal Ecologist

We're passionate about shaping the future of our cities and environments. Our ecology team works collaboratively to drive forward nature-positive schemes, and we're looking for a Senior Ecologist/Principal Ecologist to join us.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of the natural environment and wildlife legislation
• Ability to undertake UKHab surveys, Preliminary Ecological Assessment, Ecological Impact Assessment, Habitats Regulations Assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments
• Strong botanical skills, including Field Identification Skills Certificate (FISC) level 3+
• Experience in protected species survey, mitigation and licensing
• Membership of CIEEM or equivalent and Chartership (CEnv or CEcol) or the current ability to achieve chartership
• Full driving licence
