Job Description
AtkinsRĂ©alis is seeking a Senior Fire Engineer to work on a wide range of projects and sectors, including residential, rail transportation, and energy facilities. The role involves taking responsibility for projects, working collaboratively with the team, and supporting the delivery of project work within time and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Engineering degree, preferably fire engineering or alternatively a post graduate qualification in fire engineering
- Experience working with a range of fire standards, including BS9999, NFPA 130, BS9992, EN45545
- Fire modelling experience and ability to work towards chartered fire engineer status
- Flexible approach to the working environment and willingness to travel
- Good commercial awareness and customer focus
- Ability to collate information and have a clear and structured approach to report writing
