Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering from an accredited university
• Registration as a professional engineer
• Minimum 20 years of diverse experience
• Experience providing engineering services related to water and wastewater (W&WW)
• Experience in many industrial sectors
• Demonstrated knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
• Strong understanding of cost & schedule management, delegation of work to a team and managing team performance to deliver projects
• Sales and business development–oriented skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Awareness of Health, Safety, Environment and Community policy and standards
