Senior Manager - HR Shared Services(North America Region)

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our HR Shared Services team in Bangalore, India. The role will be responsible for implementing HR initiatives to support business, improving employee experience and overall engagement in the region. The incumbent will work closely with onshore teams, advise on HR matters and lead HR transformation projects.

Requirements

• Strategic thinking and influencing critical decisions
• Ability to collect and inspect insights from onshore Field HR
• Experience in working in complex environments and managing stakeholder expectations
• Experience in Service Delivery, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Exposure to functional roles such as Finance and IT
• Experience in COE HR model (HRBP, HR shared services, and HR COEs)
• Strong technical know-how, collaborative outlook and business acumen
• Experience/ exposure in data and analytics
